Why use Ritter Australia?
We are an independent specialist Land Rover and Range Rover workshop. We have a comprehensive parts department and fully trained service and repair technicians. We only service and repair Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles and have been doing so for 40 years, now.
Is being Independent good?
We think so. We have full access to all genuine Land Rover and Range Rover parts. But we can also source parts that are equally as good at a more cost effective price. So we are very competitive with our parts without sacrificing quality.
Is my warranty void if I use Ritter Australia?
Absolutely not. We follow strictly all Land Rover and Range Rover service procedures.
Do you warranty your work and parts?
Yes. We give 12 months warranty on all our work and parts.
What services do you provide?
We have a modern workshop with all the necessary diagnostic and specialty tools required to service and repair Land Rovers and Range Rovers. We have a fully stocked parts department which is very comprehensive.
What sets Ritter apart from other Land Rover and Range Rover workshops?
We work only on Land Rovers and Range Rovers – nothing else – so we are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the product, right up to the current models.
How long has Ritter been around?
We’ve been around for over 40 years. Many of our staff have been with us for 20-30 years so there’s a lot of knowledge and expertise in-house.
Are the technicians trained?
Yes – all our technicians are trained on Land Rovers and Range Rovers. We have an onsite training facility where we hold regularly training sessions. Our senior technicians are brought up to speed on new products and at the same time impart their experience to the younger mechanics.
Do you sell only new parts?
No – we have a wrecking yard too, so we can supply good quality second-hand parts to keep most Land Rovers and Range Rovers on the road.
Where are you located?
We are centrally located at 116 Highbury Road, Burwood, Victoria, 3125.
Do you have loan vehicles?
Yes, we have a fleet of modern vehicles for a small fee. You do need to book, though. Otherwise, we can drop you off to the tram or train station.
Is there a long waiting period for service?
You do need to book. However, we can be flexible and accommodate your needs if there’s an emergency. Please give us a call to discuss on 03 9834 3500.
Do you deliver parts?
Yes, we can usually deliver in the wider Melbourne metropolitan area on the same day as we have two vehicles on the road. We also send parts Australia-wide and worldwide, usually within 24 hours.
Is the service department capable of handling big jobs?
Yes, of course. We do all aspects of mechanical repairs, from minor services to major engine and gearbox rebuilds. We also do restorations, as we love to see old Land Rovers and Range Rovers on the road!
