Can I still service my Land Rover?

In these uncertain times of social distancing rules, there are many questions about what is, and is not permitted.

Because it’s important to maintain your vehicle for safety and reliability, on advice from the VACC, the automotive industry is currently classed as one that is still allowed to provide services.

You can have your vehicle serviced or repaired if you wish, but you should exercise current social distancing rules at all times.

We at Ritter Australia have adopted strategies to adhere to the many requirements set out by the government. These include, where practical, the 1.5-metre distance rule and a 4-metre average space, plus increased sanitisation of vehicles and surfaces. We have split our team into two, with each team working in separate buildings.

In an effort to encourage as little contact as possible, we offer the following (where practical):

  • Pickup and delivery (depending on time and distance)
  • Key drop-off box facilities
  • Contactless payment i.e. online banking or over the phone payment
  • Emailing invoices if required
